Start gradually. We recommend beginning with a 10–15 minute walk in your Solex during Week 1, on flat ground at a comfortable pace. If soreness builds before 15 minutes, stop there and use that as your starting point. From there, build up each week: 15–20 minutes in Week 2, 20–25 minutes in Week 3, and 25–30 minutes in Week 4.
Some muscle soreness is normal because your feet are waking up and adapting, but sharp or shooting pain means you should slow down or drop back to the previous week.
